PAUL A. CZECH INVITED SPEAKER AT MIDEM

For the second year in a row, Paul A. Czech has been invited by the International Association of Entertainment Lawyers (IAEL) to speak in January at the prestigious MIDEM conference (MIDEM is the largest music business conference in the world and is held every January in Cannes, France). Paul is honored to, once again, be asked to participate in this prestigious conference. Paul will be conducting a workshop on Licensing. Last year Paul conducted a workshop on Management.

EXPANDS TO UPSTATE NEW YORK

The Law practice is pleased to announce the expansion of its offices to upstate New York, outside of Albany. Starting in January, the law practice will handle personal injury, MVA, family law and matrimonial issues, entertainment, wills and estates, DWI, medical malpractice, and corporation clients encompassing all of upstate New York.

FUNCTIONING BAND SERIES SPEAKER

Paul A. Czech has been invited once again to speak at the "Functioning Band Series". This series of conferences educates artists, musicians and other entertainment individuals on various areas in the music business. Paul has spoken on publishing, licensing and management issues. The series is regularly held in Philadelphia, New York and Connecticut.

PAUL A. CZECH ADMITTED TO NY BAR

Paul A. Czech has been admitted to practice law in New York State. After a year long application and interview process, the State Bar of New York has accepted Paul Czech as a member in good standing and Paul is now able to represent in Court New York clients and their cases.

A child from South Philadelphia is suing the Chinese food restaurant Grand King Buffet located on Snyder Avenue for a dirty, bloody, pus filled band-aid being deep fried into her "sweet potato balls".

YB ENTERTAINMENT GROUP TAKES ON CLEAR CHANNEL


YB Entertainment Group has filed suit against Clear Channel and Electric Factory Concerts in the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. "It is like David fighting Goliath", says a YB Entertainment Group representative about suing a giant like Clear Channel, "we felt we were left with no other choice".
